The Performance Matrix Program is a structured evaluation system that gives companies a clear and fair way to measure employee performance. How Does It Work?

The Performance Matrix Program runs a structured four-week cycle of reviews. The first stage involves employees conducting their own self-reflection on their performance. Throughout the following stages, managers and reviewers assess independently and add feedback to the system. The system then automatically computes ratings, identifies gaps, and forwards everything to HR for analysis. Once completed, employees receive view-only access to their evaluation in order to see how they can grow.
