Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead a technical team comprising both MERN stack and PHP developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with project managers, product owners, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack and PHP frameworks
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and compliance with coding standards.
- Implement and advocate for agile development methodologies within the team.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in web development.

Desired Skills and Competencies:
- Proficiency in JavaScript and ES6+ syntax.
- Strong experience with the MERN (Mongo DB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack.
- Proficiency in PHP development and familiarity with PHP frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Symfony).
- Experience with frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks/libraries (e.g., React.js, jQuery).
- Knowledge of database design and implementation, particularly with Mongo DB and MySQL.
- Familiarity with RESTful API development and integration.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
