    Required Skills and Job Description:
  • Total Experience : 0.5 – 3 Yr
  • Exposure to documents like SRS, SRD, FRS, FSD, RFP and Use cases is desired
  • Expertise in understanding, specifying, communicating, and documenting IT related business/customer’s requirements and creating specifications.
  • Strong Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills.
  • Strong knowledge of bidding portals like Freelancer, Guru, Upwork and other sites.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Quick Learning, Problem-solving, Analytical and Research Skills
  • Source potential customers international as well as domestic through referrals, existing clients, corporate activities, Tele calling & freelancing sites.
  • Maintain your lead and sales score on CRM on regular basis.
  • Gather and analyze customer data and user requirements, understand and interpret user needs and goals into solutions
  • Represent the organization in client meetings, document meeting outcomes, and coordinate all internal and external follow-ups to close issues in support of the project requirements
  • Experience in writing proposals, bidding for the projects.
  • Strong knowledge of bidding portals like Freelancer, Guru, Upwork and other sites.
  • Liaise with development and testing teams during all steps of software development lifecycle to provide necessary support in understanding requirements..
  • Responsible for getting business through different online marketplaces like UpWork, Guru, Freelancer etc.
