Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform keyword research and implement on-page & off-page SEO strategies.
- Optimize website content, Meta tags, and URLs for better search engine rankings.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics & Search Console.
- Build high-quality backlinks and manage link-building activities.
- Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and SEO trends.
- Work closely with the content and development teams for SEO-friendly strategies.

Desired Skills and Competencies:
- Proven experience in recruitment, specifically for IT profiles.
- Knowledge of SEO tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, MOZ, etc.
- Understanding of on-page SEO, and off-page SEO.
- Familiarity with WordPress, HTML, and website optimization techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
