Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to understand client needs and project requirements.
- Assist in creating detailed requirement documents, proposals, and presentations for prospective clients.
- Conduct market research to identify client challenges and align solutions to address their needs.
- Support the presales team in preparing product demonstrations, prototypes, and proof-of-concept (POC) materials.
- Analyze and document business workflows and processes.
- Engage with clients during presales discussions to gather insights and clarify expectations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
